1. The "Many-to-Many" Client Portal is Here. Family dynamics in veterinary medicine are rarely simple. One pet might have two owners with different last names, or one person might be the emergency contact for three different households.
The Update: We’ve introduced "Many-to-Many" client relationships.
Why it matters: You can now link multiple clients to multiple pets or households without creating messy duplicate records. This provides a 360-degree view of who is responsible for a patient, ensuring communication always hits the right inbox.

Bulk User Management: Adding a new team or changing permissions shouldn't be a chore. You can now bulk-add users and assign custom roles, giving you granular control over who can see and do what within the app.
Marketing Intelligence (GTM & UTM): For practices running ads or local marketing, we’ve added Google Tag Manager (GTM) and UTM tracking. You can now see exactly which marketing campaigns are driving actual bookings.
Vaccination Queries: We’ve enhanced our ezyVet tools to better pull vaccination data, making it easier to see what’s due (and what’s overdue) at a glance.

We resolved specific issues with ezyVet invoice synchronization and data handling to ensure your financial records remain 100% accurate.
Dashboard Speed:
By adding pagination to long lists and optimizing the layout, the dashboard is now faster and easier to navigate, even for high-volume practices.
