Hey everyone, things have been continuing to get a little crazy here, but I didn't want to miss updating you all (even if it is 11 days late).

Below is everything we released in January 2025 as our first official month as Chckvet!

Fully Customizable Emails

Before, the customization of our emails was very limited. You were limited to the basic template that we had and all you could customize was the messaging.

Now you are able to fully customize the style of your emails with a drag-and-drop editor.

Create custom email templates to reuse or fully customize each message every time!

Internal Notes

You are now able to leave internal notes on chats in the messages section. If you've ever wanted to include extra context to a conversation for your team, this is the tool to do it with.

Marking Chats as Unread

The same way that you can mark texts and emails as Unread in order to not forget to follow up, you are now able to do the same in the messages section.

Direct Support Form on the Dashboard

If for some reason you are ever having issues, you can now directly communicate those to our team through the Chckvet dashboard. This is the recommended form of communication since it goes to our entire support team.

Message Template Sorting

If you have a lot of custom message templates that you use when communicating with clients, we have now added more sorting and filtering to make it easier to find the template you want faster.

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
