• The Benefit: We’ve upgraded the flow for rebooking/rescheduling. Instead of canceling an appointment and starting from scratch, you (and your clients, where applicable) can now shift an appointment to a new time with just a few clicks.

• The Benefit: We’ve improved the logic that fetches the Next Available Slot. The system now scans your schedule more accurately—factoring in all your specific scheduling rules—to instantly present the true earliest opening.

• The Benefit: We’ve added Advanced Grouping to your client segments. This allows you to create highly specific lists of clients (e.g., "Senior dogs who haven't visited in 6 months") so you can send the right message to the right people.

• Multi-Clinic Management: For those of you managing multiple locations, we resolved an issue with clinic switching. Moving between different practice dashboards is now more seamless.

• Message Templates: We fixed a bug where saved message templates were occasionally behaving erratically. Your standard replies are now safe and ready to use.

• Active vs. Inactive: We improved the way the system identifies inactive clients, ensuring your reminders aren't going to pet parents who haven't visited in years (unless you want them to!).
